  • Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $9.95*!
  • $50+ and your order ships for FREE*!

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • *Free shipping in not available for Hawaii, Alaska, and all other U.S. Territories.  All orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories will be charged an additional $34.95 to cover shipping & handling costs.  Please allow approximately 10 additional business days for your shipment to arrive.

  • Flower City Soap accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. All orders are shipped from our location in Rochester, NY via USPS. Flower City Soap ships to all 50 U.S. states, including U.S. Territories, and follows the standard methods available by USPS. Standard processing time for orders is 1-4 days.

  • Processing Time is the amount of time it takes us as a company to get your package “out the door.” PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME. Shipping methods/times begin when your package arrives at the Post Office (NOT from when your order was placed).  In some cases, products may have to be made fresh or be delayed due to busier seasons (i.e. Christmas). We always do our best to get orders out the door in one business day. However, sometimes this can take longer. 
  • We are elated and humbled to have you purchase our products. Below, you will find a list of shipping terms to help you understand our shipping process and ensure a smooth, convenient, worry-free delivery. STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. We do not take responsibility for stolen packages.
